This housing estate was laid out in perimeter blocks of equal height to give them an anonymous, urban character. The two lower levels are reached from the ground floor, those on the upper three from a 'street in the air' on the third floor. Precast concrete elements 1.4 m. wide dominate the architecture. Steel bridges originally designed for boarding aircraft add a playful note.
