This office complex assembles three volumes on a raised podium: a 19-storey office slab, a horizontally articulated transparent low-rise block containing a restaurant, conference centre, entrance lobby and dispatch zone, and a wedge-shaped auditorium jutting from the low-rise component. The podium in turn sits on a basement parking structure. The trio of volumes are distinguishable in colour and material: white granite with black frames for the high rise, dark glass with white horizontal frames for the low rise and white aluminium panels for the auditorium. A reptilian bridge dominates the garden.
