Above the underground two-storey car park are a further two storeys for general facilities, with the 1800 bank employees occupying the remaining eight. The container-like boxes on the mezzanine floor are meeting rooms. Elevations are largely of precast concrete panels with window openings, clad on the office floors in blue reflecting glass. The building's appearance was partly determined by the ideas and suggestions of artist Bas Maters. The building has been enlarged with two slightly rotated glass towers by Kraaijvanger Urbis.
