The existing street in this urban renewal area has been given a complete overhaul that includes a broader profile, a new side street and square and parking underground. Combine this arrangement with a sensitive architecture of white rendered facades and elegant semicircular stair-towers in glass block and what you get is an impeccable urban renewal project.
