This district was developed on the initiative of a number of residents jointly with Van den Broek & Bakema. The same materials and structural details were used to build affordable homes for differing wage brackets. Various types of dwelling (including patio, back-to-back, drive-in and terraced housing) line both sides of a central green axis. Just one road for cars and buses connects the cul-de-sacs with parking zones alongside the clusters of dwellings.
