Set centrally in the Vinex district of Stadshagen is an area of shops, parking facilities and the occasional apartment complex. The southernmost, angled block abuts the shopping arcade on one side and a water feature on the other. It combines a 200-metre-long low-rise portion and a nine-storey tower, with no fewer than 45 different dwelling types between them. The low-rise units stand along a raised interior street. A few are joined by a bridge to a living room and terrace across the street. So-called reedland and bayonet apartments stand along the water. The high-rise units are ranged about an atrium around which the stairs wind like a snail's shell.
